upcoming - eweek ("Deeksha 2k8")
Friends the e week 2008 is around the corner...
Ya my frnds, Deeksha 2K8 is a grand finale. Its gonna b @ feb 2-9 . So wats our part in it , i hav consulted our senior rajagopalan(rajagopalan19@gmail.com). And guys i hope we r up to organize atleast 4 events out of 10 in this function.
And guys u don't take this so simple bcoz its a big thing want proof rite go and see the achievements of last yr in here http://rajagopalan.shutterfly.com .
And this year v r a part of it so v must deliver our best in the function. I think all the boys will b co-operative(illana classla vandhu middipen),but v must have team work to reach success so girls must also participate with interest.
one more thing don't think ur curricular activities will b compromised by this bcoz its also a part of curriculum here v can learn about communication,interaction,teamwork and a lot more valuable lessons.

preliminary: every team will b given a film name, the selected will move to the pre finals.
pre-finals:every team will b given a company name n its caption like "hutch" --- "we follow wherever u go" the one must act n others must follow .
finals:each team will b given a name of an famous personality n a caption like "subroto bakshi" --- "man who planted the mind tree"
rules:
rules r simple any one from a team can act
*they should not move his lips
*there ill b a time limit
*and anything can b disqualified from any rounds if judges("thats us people") say so.
prize:
three prizes:
1st-->1000
2nd-->700
3rd-->500
our work:
guys all u hav to do for this event is to collect resources from the net ...
that is collect companies and their caption or famous personalities n their caption
2.Surprise event:("boom its gonna b a real surprise")
concept:
Its gonna b a surprise .......there ill b no teams all individuals.... s we ill give the participants a announcement just b4 the event and give them a puzzle.
Theme:
its gonna b a single round and rapid fire event .
all the contestants will b given a surprise puzzle
they have to solve it and the fastest solver will get the prize .
its open to all.
rules:
rules r simple any one from a team can act
*its open to all , i.e. every ill b given the same puzzle
*there ill b no teams all individual
*there ill b a time limit
*the fastest n the correct solver ill b given the prize money.
prize:
there ill b only one prize -->
an on spot prize money of 500/- ill b given to the winner.

concept:
Its a nice event in this there will b a team(10 members) in this event v will suffle all the contestants n make teams out of unknown peoples,
Theme:
there is gonna b only one round
And the team is not ur own frnds it will some new persons u dont know b4.And after this v ill give each team a 10 mins time in this period they hav to talk among them and know abt each others strength n weakness. Then the team leader ill b called to stage and he ill b given a situation like"preform an act about ur teams common strength" n they must instantly "perform it without any further discussion"
rules:
rules r simple
*they should co-operate n communicate with their team
*there ill b a time limit
*and any team can b disqualified from any rounds if judges("thats us people") say so.
prize:
three prizes:

Its a nice event in here they ill hav to market a product given to them with some catchy lines n new way of approach
Theme:
there is gonna b only one round
the team(1-5 members) will b given a product they will b given a 15 mins time to prepare and anyone from their team must come to stage n market the product given to him. looks simple rite
but one more thing he must answer all the questions asked by our judges.
rules:
rules r simple
*this is mainly to test their marketing skills n creativity
*there ill b a time limit
*and any team can b disqualified from any rounds if judges("thats us people") say so.
prize:
three prizes:
1st-->1000
2nd-->700
3rd-->500
our work:
there is a lot of work for us to do in this event so frnds prepare something on a product and u must also collect all the information about it so that u can ask the contestants ...
like if u choose the product as "laptop" you hav to hav a clear idea about it so that u can ask questions like wats "the configuration","does it hav a blue tooth port" and "will it support WI-FI"...
so guys pick up a nice product n collect as much information as possible on it "even it is a tooth paste" u hav to know all the stuff about it k........
